Healthy and nutritious for my dog!
My veterinarian recommended this for my dog! I bought this and she liked it. She's on a control feed for her weight, and this Dogfood is just right for her. I'm just so happy she eats every mealtime with no fuss!!

Recipe change?
I've been worrying that something is seriously wrong with my dog until I started reading these reviews. Usually a voracious eater, she has been completely refusing this food. Now I'm seeing the replies on reviews that the ingredients did change recently. My dog is incredibly picky and it's going to be difficult to move her to another food and she is completely refusing this new recipe. Please bring back the old food!!!

    Great product!
    Positive: The food has resulted in significant decrease in shedding with our golden retriever. We also fed a very small amount of the food to our dachshunds and it appears to have helped with their occasional stomach issues as well. Negative: pricey

    Very disappointed with Purina now.
    PLEASE PLEASE BRING BACK THE SENSITIVE SKIN STOMACH ORIGINAL FORMULA!!! My girl has skin allergies and this was the only food that helped her. I was so happy I finally found this food that worked, then you changed it and now she's back to where she started ? always itching and hot spots. Now you can barely smell the Salmon and it's dryer then it was. Do you just let the Salmon swim through it now? Was a bit pricey but I did not mind paying as long as it worked. Now it's even more expensive and does help her. I'm so unhappy with this product now. I'll be looking for a new food now. So very disappointed with Purina a company I trusted for years.

    We got our dog 3 years ago and we were told she had a chicken and turkey allergy. This is one of the few foods that has ZERO chicken in it. Chicken apparently makes her itch uncontrollably. This is also the ONLY dry food that she'll eat willingly before she's taken her meds, as her meds give her the munchies. I'm thoroughly impressed with how much she enjoys this food.

    I switched my Great Pyrenees mix to this food because it is the only Purina dog food formula that does not contain chicken meal as the second ingredient in the dog food. This breed of dog is known to have chicken allergies and this is exactly what I was dealing with, since switching she has drastically improved. It is a bit pricey but it doesn't have any chicken in it.

    Changed My Dogs Life
    I've had since a pup and she always kind of had wiry'ish hair once she outgrew the puppy stage, I thought it was normal. Then she was constantly itching a couple years later and would have an upset stomach at least twice a month. We tried EVERYTHING! Vet tested her for allergies, skin scrapes, the best of the best flea meds, different types of foods that would work for a bit, you name it. We couldn't figure it out. I got a recommendation from another vet to give the Purina Pro Plan Sensitive food a shot and honestly, I didn't really think it would make a difference. 1. She loves it and 2. I have a dog that doesn't feel like a Brillo pad and isn't itching all the time! We still haven't figured out the culprit but it's been over 6 months with no issues now and neither of us could be happier!

    I started my dog on Purina Pro Plan Adult for sensitive skin & stomach Salmon & Rice. And I'm so glad I did. My 11 year old lab has skin issues. So this was definitely something I wanted to check out. And My dog really enjoyed eating the the Purina Pro Plan. It seems to be helping & haven't noticed any stomach issues either since I switched dog food. I definitely will continue feeding My dog Purina Pro Plan.

    I just switched my puppy from Pro Plan Chicken to this one as he can have a sensitive stomach at times and he does great on it. It was also recomended by my vet for him
