This is a pleasant tasting protein powder that dissolves easily. It blends well with smoothies of various types. Plus, it provides enough protein that if you are making a spinach or kale smoothie it can serve as a meal substitute.

    Love this stuff! Add, a banana, frozen strawberries and blueberries and a couple of ice cubes for a thick and delicious shake. My mid-morning breakfast 3-5 times a week!

    I have tried other protein drinks in the past when I want to use them as meal replacements for breakfast and lunch while working a busy schedule with no time to eat. Other protein drinks make me feel gassy and bloated and wreak havoc on my digestive system, this one does not do that at all. It also makes me feel full for at least four hours, which I never have had this kind of result from a protein drink, let alone protein powder. For my breakfast I use my blender ball to mix one scoop in 8 ounces of skim milk and repeat about four hours later for my lunch. It tastes good, although, even with lots of shaking with my blender bull cup, there are still some little clumps. This is a great product at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be purchasing again.

    Love the smooth texture.
    The powder has little flavor and mixes well into whatever you choose. If you are adding it into warm or hot food or drink it should be mixed after the item is heated.

    Awesome shakes. Been using this product for 10 years and I love them. Replace one meal with shake to maintain weight and get nutrition. Replace two the lose weight, effectively and healthy.

    Makes a great smoothie
    I use this protein powder with unsweetened vanilla almond milk to create a smoothie with a rich vanilla flavor, a few grams of sugar and plenty of protein. Combine 1 scoop of this protein powder with 1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ice cubes made from almond milk, frozen fruit (banana, strawberries or blue berries) and almonds in a blender and blend until smooth. This smoothie rivals any smoothie that can be purchased at any smoothie shop.

    I have tried a lot of protein shakes and this has been the best by far. It tastes like a milk shake! I had a problem with the powder sticking to the sides of the blender but one I changed the speed it dissolved really well. I have not tried it without mixing in the blender. I figured if it clumped up and stuck to the side in the blender it would do the same shaking it in a shaker. The overall ingredients meet the nutritional requirements for my weight loss program. I have tried this by adding plain frozen strawberries and added a teaspoon of Splenda and it was scrumptious!!! I usually use milk but I have also used sugar free flavored drinks also great. I have used a whole jar of this so far and almost done with the second. If you get this online It will appear half a jar. Too bad. I think they could put more in it. It also contains a scoop for measure to 8oz of liqud. Still tastes good!
