Not happy.
I was sent an OPEN bag of very expensive dog food. Unacceptable. It this was in the store, it would have been marked down.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/28/2023Drastic Improvement !My dog has a lot of skin issues. Constant scratching and hair loss. Common in his breed. He stopped scratching on the third day of this food and now on the fourth bag, his hair has completely grown back. I will feed him nothing else.mommy

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/18/2023Great dog food for active dogs.My dog just loves this stuff and really provides the protein and nutrients he needs to keep up with his active lifestyle. Been on this blend for 3.5 of his 4.5 years. Couldn't be more happy with the nutrition and price of this dog food. I also give my dog vitamin treats to supplement this high protein food, but overall can't beat for the price.Andrew

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/16/2023Out of this worldThe taste is amazing. It is crunchy and satisfying. Even though I get super excited to eat my food and may not chew it thoroughly.... It's small enough and digestible enough that it doesn't give me tummy aches. If I had to choose between this food and bacon... I definitely would choose bacon because that's more delicious but this food is healthier.Shannon

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/23/2022Mitts and Transitioning to new food.5 Stars! Oscar, my Stand Poodle came to me by my recuse of his AKC registered mom. I did not know she was pregnant when I got her. When I had her groomed it was clear she was well into her pregnancy. Four weeks later she had 9 beautiful puppies. Oscar became the one I kept. By the age of 1 he had a severe case of ear mitts. My vet said it might be his diet and asked if I was feeding him wheat products. I switch to Pure Balance and his mitts went away. Forever. Oscar lived 13 years, loved his food, did not gain any unnecessary weight, and was like my third arm as many of you can imagine. ***A thought about transitioning to any new dog food. It is important to take at least a week or so to get your dog adjusted to new food. On the back of Pure Balance are the directions on how to do this. My current dog, a Stand Poodle, had been fed a disgusting colorful kibble with wheat and too much sugar, and little nutrient value compared to New Balance. She vomited the first dish up. THEN I looked on-line and found the need for transitioning slowly to any new food. If your dog is transitioning to PB do it slowly with a dollop of PB wet food mixed in - good eating!Kate

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/25/2022Great for dogs with allergies! We adopted a very sickly, malnourished puppy from a friend who found him on the side of a highway. I believe he is a Golden Lab/Weinreimer Mix. We got him vaccinated/wormed of course, but he had big bald patches everywhere and just could not keep dog food down, and had diarrhea constantly that we thought would subside over time. He inhaled his food and so we began just giving him a little at a time, nothing helped. The vet's office recommended a slow feeder and that it sounded like allergies to beef, corn, grains etc... I picked up this Salmon and Pea and I'm telling you within 24 hours he was able to keep it down, the diarrhea stopped, and a few weeks later his bald spots began filling in. I've never had a dog with allergies before and couldn't believe the difference it made. He is a happy, healthy almost 1 year old pup now!!Charity
