Much Better Control
Much better control. Ingredients are similar and great to mine. This 8 lb bag of food provides more control and makes the carrying easier. I came back from a short trip and my relatives was caring for my little puppy for 3 days. I have ordered a 50 lb bag each time and I am used to can the food while away. Now, I would just bring the new bag each time while away to make it cleaner.

Nothing special
We'ce tried myriad dogfoods, most higher-end ingredients. This one looks good (rich color, decent moisture (for kibble), and small pellets, perfect for smaller dogs and puppies).
Our dog was like, "meh", and would eventually eat it, but certainly no excitement on his part.
The ingredients are good and he WILL finish the bag, but we won't be getting this particular blend again.

The amount that you get for the price is great. I've been buying Rachael rays dog food and it's a good price for the amount you get as well. I may switch to this one because you may get a little more food and the dog food seems just as healthy. My dogs seems to like it as well, but they are dogs and will eat anything. Actually from the pic the Pro Pure Balance is a better buy.PurpleAce

My dog highly enjoyed the chicken and pea recipe dry food that has minerals, vitamins and antioxidants needed for my dog's nutrition. I love that there are no artificial fillers, colors and uses real chicken to make this kibble for my small dog to eat daily. I feed my dog 1 cup of this 8 lb. bag size which I think is a great value because even with bite sized food, it lasts me at least a month!JCar1

The brand makes dog food for all sizes of dogs and for each stage of life too. This is very high-quality dog food. The first thing I looked for is what is the first ingredient listing. I was so thrilled to see it listed chicken. I have been trying to get my dog to eat dog food. I have not found one that he will eat until now. We have been cooking for him every day. Otherwise, he would starve. We have been baking chicken for him every day. We have dog food for for him but he will only eat a few bites of it a week. I guess he was trying to tell us something. I put this down and he ate the whole bowl full. I am so happy to see this. Finally, I know that he is eating right. This dog food contains antioxidant vitamins and minerals that help him have a good immune system. There are also no fillers, artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors. This is what I call good clean dog food. We rescued our dog three years ago and I have been so worried about him. He is part poodle and part bichon. This dog food is perfect for small breeds. It is very small kibbles. Just bite-size dog food. It is perfect for him. This brand comes in different flavors. The one that I decided to get him is the chicken and peas. 5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/05/2021Great for my special needs dogI ordered the Pure Balance Small Breed Pro Plus Dry Dog Food, Chicken & Pea, 8 lbs ***SMALL BREED*** because my aging Maltese has been having problems eating the Beneful Healthy Weight food that he has been sharing with our other dog and needed something with smaller bits. I love this food for Lenny because the bits are so small that he can eat his entire meal without taking half the day, keeping me from leaving it on the floor and helping him to be able to get the nutrition he needs. With all of the problems he's got because of the abuse he suffered before the SPCA took him, keeping him nourished and hydrated still seems to be an issue today and he's been with us for 2 years so I'm excited to see him eating full meals at one time and enjoying it. After eating the food for two weeks, his coat is smoother and healthier and he is super energetic. His bowels didn't have too much of a problem adjusting to the food, so that's a plus.
