Love these Beats!
I read the reviews and decided to buy new. They were as described and functionally sound. They wear well and over all, I like them better than my Bose Soundsport Free. The only thing I can complain about is that the red isn't as bright as I thought from the internet pix. It's a cross between red and pink, maybe salmon if that's a real color? But I absolutely recommend these, and buy new. The $30 you could save, probably isn't worth it.

Will not connect.
Purchased these to replace my old pair. Upon arrival, I put them to charge overnight. Attempted to connect and no luck. iPhone is up to date, Bluetooth is on and would not connect. Researched why these pair would not connect and was suggested to reset them by holding down pairing button for at least 15 seconds or until LED began to blink red and white. After trying everything, finally concluded that they were defective. I will be sending them back to seller.

    Beware buying from anyone but Apple
    Be prepared to replace frequently. These are a replacement for a 2 year old out of warranty pair that stopped working. Now i'm already having some issues with these. Worse part? The warranty started when Walmart's reseller bought them from Apple, NOT when I purchased them 4 months later. An hour on the phone with Apple could not fix the issue. Beware

    So far so good!
    I hate having stuff shipped to me from FedEx due to my apartment complex (Idk why but only USPS and UPS have access into the building.. we don’t have a code, it is a keyed entry). When I found out that that was who would be delivering I got worried I wouldn’t receive them. I don’t know if the seller gets to chose this option, but this is the first time anything shipped by FedEx got delivered to a FedEx location when they weren’t able to get into my building. As for the seller, I saw a few bad ratings that they received used or refurbished. That was not the case for me, from what I could tell they are brand new like I ordered still in the cellophane wrapping. Processing and shipping was super fast, got them like four days after I ordered. I have only worn them a few times and will update my review if things change but they are great. I have AirPods and the price was about or just a little more than what I paid for those. The sound is very similar if not better with the beats. Connection to Bluetooth seems the same as well. What puts the beats above in my opinion though is the comfort of the earpiece. I feel it is far superior to AirPods or any other ear buds that I have owned throughout the years. I don’t feel like they would ever fall off or out like I do with my AirPods. They also say they can go about 9 hours of wireless play so I hope that is true, because as far as my AirPods go I maybe get three hours before having to charge again. I know they are both Apple products but these overall just seem like a better product/choice, again imo.

    i got these as a christmas present for my bestie, and they accidentally put them in the washer,, completely submerging them for 20mins before they realized where they were. after the headphones were out of the washer, they still worked. and worked just as well. the case still works as well. 10/10. worth the money.

    disappointed
    Beware when ordering these from a 3rd party. I thought I was ordering from Walmart, waited days for my BEATS earbuds, then they were delivered and there was only 1 in the box. How would that happen if these are brand new?? Shady. I am returning and ordering from another company.

    They are changing colors only have a few days of use and don't have R and L symbol to remind you of which side is supposed to go on .
