I bought this inversion table as I wanted the feeling of upside down. I feel stretching in my back，which reliefs my back pain. I also feel stress in my head. The table is so stable. I do not worry about falling at all. Just upside down for around one minute I guess，I come back. Then I feel so refreshed in my back，my head and my whole body. It is so comfortable.

I would never recommend anyone to purchase.
Complete assembly was extremely difficult with very poor diagram. I wanted to return but it would have been to difficult to replace in the same box.

    Good at value and high quality
    The seller shipped this item super fast and I it come with a well packed package! Moreover, it is easy to assemble with the clear instruction book! If you can not commute to gym easily and want to work out at home I recommend it heavily!

    We can't put the board together because it's not only missing parts and screws but there's also NO directions!!! This is absurd

    Great product with poor assembly instructions.
    Great product with poor assembly instructions. I had some missing spacers but used flat washers. Overall a better product than my last one from a different manufacturer. I love the variety of degrees of inversion. I like how it clamps my feet in. It folds up nicely.
