Nice
I thought at first it wasn't going to warm up the living room. After using it a couple days I noticed it kept the living room nice and toasty. The cherry wood look is pretty. I like the size, it's not a big fireplace so it will fit in more places. The rollers are a plus. Over all very g he appt.

Rear wheels broken off
The rear wheels are broken up nd now it leans to the back, but it does still work.

    I researched over 40 freestanding electric fireplaces that came with all of these amenities needed for benefits, mobility, looks, quality, and safety, for the best price; front-facing vents, was within 16" - 24"h x 26"- 40"w, had logs with adjustable flames

    Arrived with busted cabinet
    Arrived with wood broken, screws stripped out, dowels out and broken. Shipping box was in perfect condition. Heater and flames do work. Otherwise beautiful.

    BEAUTIFUL HEATER
    First of all,i want to remark before i forget that this is a great company to do business with.The unit came with a busted caster.Right away,i got in touch with them to see if they can send me another caster.They responded in a flash!!saying to send pictures.And that's what i did.We exchanged like 4 or 5 emails with them responding right away.After a great communication,they said that getting a new caster wasn't posible and i should return heater for a full refund.But i told them that i like the heater and i was going to keep it.In conclusion they refunded me $14 dollars for my problem.I wanted this heater for my basement since we bought a new tv,it keeps my basement nice and cozy,very comfortable temperature for the few hours that we spend there.Again,great company with fast communication if you ever have an issue.Thanks VIPOUTLET!!

    Disappointed
    Unfortunately whether it happened during construction or delivery, it arrived with a broken hearth. I was so disappointed because the color matches our furniture exactly and it is large enough to heat the room we bought it for.

    Not as expected and damaged
    Item is not as expected, and came damaged. The description and picture on Walmart says and shows this fireplace to be cherry. It is a medium to dark oak. Both front lower corners, the laminate is chipped. Also one of the casters was broken. Called shipper and got a replacement caster. Called Walmart and got a discount rather than send it back. All in all, not very pleased.

    Very nice fireplace!
    This is perfect fireplace, it's on wheels, heat blows out on bottom and has remote. It also comes fully assembled besides safety straps. I like realistic view. i rolled it close and im warming my feet. keep in mind, this is not a space heater, it's putting out heat but it's not going to push it across room. if you use this alone, it will take time for temp to rise but it will. i feel heat in area when it's on. you can also turn flame off and have heat on and vice versa . this was more expensive through walmart than another dealer but walmart had it where you can return to store through january 31 and that's big plus if machine malfunctuons and it arrived 4 days early! i got it in 3 days! its cold to touch except where heat comes out. i really like this fireplace. you won't be disappointed.

    Love the fireplace
    This fireplace is really nice. It looks beautiful and really heats up a large room. The remote is small and a little fragile so we ordered a spare to have on hand in case the original should have issues. While it was packaged very good the front corner was slightly damaged and we decided to try a furniture marker to repair it. We have a white brick fireplace that is a non working fireplace so we put this in front and it looks ver nice.

    Awesome fireplace heater
    I've had this heater fireplace for a week now and let me tell you it does the job! It heats up our 850 sq ft apt with ease and cycles on and off and blows the heat out at the bottom! My mother loves putting her feet down now in front of it to get her feet warmed! Lol! I would very highly recommend this heater to everyone! It's a keeper! Also the fire looks so real with the burning logs in front!
