This protein powder is very good. I like that it is lower in carbs and calories. It has a good taste. You just might need to add a little Stevia to it to make it as sweet as the higher carb powders.

    Pretty good
    Taste was actually good for the amount of calories, protein and nutrients you get. Much better than most out there. I would buy it again.

    It's difficult to find a good meal replacement that doesn't cost a fortune. I've been on a diet that requires quite a bit protein. Most good ones run high priced. I bought this one along with a couple others for comparison. This one is a good value. It isn't as thick as I like, but the flavors blend good And by adding yogurt or fruit creates an extremely good product for the money! I would recommend this.
