Why have I waited so long to get a Pellet Grill???
Got the Pit Boss 1000SC2 about 3 weeks ago for an early Fathers Day present from my wife. I will admit, it is big and heavy and me and my wife struggled with getting it and out of our SUV. After assembly I completed the recommended burn in procedure. While I was doing the burn in procedure, my wife went to the grocery store and brought home some Ribeye Steaks for the 1st cook, and all I have to say, that was one of the best Ribeye Steaks that I have ever eaten. I used Pecan Wood Pellets to cook the steaks including searing the steaks. Since then I have cooked Ribs, Chicken, Pork Chops, Salmon, Corn on the Cob, Brussel Sprouts & Mushrooms on Skewers and some Zucchini mixed with Squash & Onions and everything turned out AWSOME!!
