Good, reasonably priced MCT oil
I have used MCT oil in the past. I stopped because it all tasted horrible and made me not drink my coffee (and I love coffee). Physician's Choice MCT did not have this effect. It has only a slight flavor, and it is actually good. I am finally able to enjoy coffee AND MCT oil at the same time. I would definitely recommend this product over the others that I have tried.

Odorless, tasteless and effective
Physicianu2019s Choice MCT Oil is taste neutral and ready for adding to the drink of your choice. I noticed an improvement in my energy level on the first dose of taking the oil. This MCT oil is made with clinically proven ingredients in professionally recommended dosages. Physicianu2019s Choice is a family owned and operated company that makes all of their products in the USA!***A word of cautionu2014DO NOT mix MCT oil with any liquid in a Styrofoam container!     Great energy
    I did not receive this immediately as I suppose that there were either production or shipping issues. I did try this once I received it, but I took just half of the recommended dosage to see how I reacted to it seeing as it contains coconut. I loved that I did not have any reactions to it, as I do have sensitivities to a lot of foods, medicines, etc. (coconut being one of those issues depending on how much I ingest). I also loved that this did not cause me to have any gluten issues, as I also am gluten-sensitive and am always having to be cautious about watching out for that. I hope that as I continue to use this that I get to see a lot of the beneficial properties that it contains - especially in regards to maintaining a healthy weight and improving my energy levels.

    Must try!
    Iu2019ve been on the Keto diet for several months now, and am always looking for new ways to improve on what Iu2019m already doing. Iu2019ve heard a lot about MCT oil, but have been hesitant to try it. So here goes... I tried a small amount in my morning coffee and also used some on my green salad with my usual Italian dressing. It was completely flavorless- in a good way. I was able to eat them as usual without noticing there was anything added. As for the effects... I canu2019t say I noticed any improved memory (yet), but I have felt love I had a bit more energy and not the jittery kind you get with extra caffeine. So Iu2019m excited to keep using and seeing how it benefits me. :)

    Good for those on Gluten-Free, Keto, Paleo diets
    It is very important for me that only use premium clinically backed ingredients at their clinically proven doses, and made in the USA are used in the product. My first impression was: very well packaged with adequate labeling. It mixes smoothly in my drinks. I did notice more energy.

    The effects of MCT oil are surprising. The most noticeable for me was the appetite suppression as I wouldn't even realize the time that had past once I was hungry. This particular one is completely odorless and tasteless, but it is an oil and mixing it with a water based beverage just reminds me of science class. Regardless, it is easily digestible.

    Overall not a bad oil
    This stuff really helped to boost my energy, which has been pretty low since I started working from home. Along with that, my head has been clearer and I can focus better. It looks to be a very high quality product, with ingredients made in the US, which is important. I trust that they're safe.

    I got this MCT oil after transitioning from a more expensive one. This MCT oil is reasonably priced and works well. It has a smooth, mild taste and Iu2019ve been putting it in my morning coffee! I feel love it helps with prolonged energy, rather than my little jolt from my coffee.

    The product itself works well. I found that it helped me organize and prioritize my tasks. For example, when grocery shopping I was able to organize my shopping better with the list I have created. I do not do this ahead of time, but was able to better recall items lower on the list to make the trip more efficient. Normally I find myself back-tracking across the store for the last few items because I forgot they were on the list. Overall, the product seems effective and would recommend for someone looking to boost memory recall and reduce mental fog.
