Help for cramps and bad sleeping habits
The Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate that Physician's Choice produces is the highest quality, along with the proven dosage that is needed in a magnesium supplement. Since first taking this supplement, I notice there was no after taste, the capsules were easy to take, and both my sleeping habits and my leg cramps have improved dramatically in a little over a week's time. I recommend Physician's Choice Magnesium wholeheartedly.

Not for me
Not for me I feeling my legs really tight and hurting. I wasn't sure if it was the magnesium that was making me feel that way so I stopped them and it went away.

    Works on period cramps
    This stuff has no smell and no flavor which is great! Iu2019ve been taking this stuff for period cramps for two years now and let me tell you itu2019s amazing - Ibuprofen, Tylenol, aspirin, Midol, pamprin NONE of it work on my period cramps they are SO bad. But this stuff WORKS!

    Great supplement
    I haven't been using this product very long so it is hard to say if it is working. I really like the brand and the company as the offer great deal and a buy one get one free on many of their products, so I am trying as many of their supplements as I can. The ingredients are basically the supplement and the capsule which I like, other brands add fillers.

    Easy to take
    I get muscle cramps on occasion, especially leg cramps as well as occasionally suffer form restless leg. I take magnesium for it when necessary so I like to keep a bottle at home at all times. These come in a tamperproof sealed bottle. Information and directions are printed on the bottle. The expiration date is printed on the bottom of the bottle and was 20 months from expiration when I received. They are in easy to take capsules. These help with my muscle cramps and RLS so I do recommend them but I do suggest a larger quantity for people who are a daily user of magnesium.

    Works great, small in size and no taste
    I ordered these for headaches and constipation. They seem to be working great for both issues. I have taken the entire bottle before reviewing. I have taken many brands and many types of magnesium. I really like these. they are gentle on my stomach and smaller in size then most I have tried.

    Does exactly what I want without harmful side effects
    I took this supplement in lieu of my powdered magnesium while traveling out of the country. It was actually easier to use and had the same desired effects. My legs were less restless and sleep came easier! Iu2019d highly suggest giving it a try. Magnesium is excellent for individuals that struggle with sleep or night eating syndrome. No weird flavor or taste.

    This magnesium supplement works great for me. Some magnesium's make my stomach a little wonky. This one does not. It really helps with muscle soreness and keeps my heart feeling great. Iu2019m prone to anxiety induced heart palpitations and Magnesium really helps me.

    Quality magnesium.
    Easy to take, no after taste...a great magnesium capsule! Iu2019ve been on the ketogenic diet for almost two years and magnesium is an ESSENTIAL supplement to take. Iu2019m very happy with this one. Just a word of caution though: If you are sensitive to supplements I would suggest taking this one in the evening, as magnesium can make you a little sleepy.

    Better sleep and lowered anxiety
