Can't find the heads
I bought the toothbrushes - really 3 of them - and now I can't find the heads in stores. Only can find the ones with the round bottoms - not the straight airheads. And yes, it is great to change them and really nice but they don't seem to last very long. Expensive, but my tooth cleanings have been very easy because I hardly have any stuff on my teeth from these great toothbrushes.

Vibrates itself off the toothbrush
I have been using Sonic toothbrushes for about 9 yrs and I love the clean it gives. However, recently every replacement head that I've brought(ProResults) eventually comes off in my mouth!! Apparently the design is flawed! I'll try another make that's compatible with the toothbrush and see if that helps :/

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/07/2016We like it - seems effective. Attaching brush head is uncertain.Only problem is that connecting the brush head seems tenuous - pulling it off, which is necessary because the two of us use it alternately. Because the narrow ribber circle fits on very tightly, it seems to risk coming off, making the system unworkable. Fortunately (which we appreciate) you replaced the handle mechanism quickly and without cost to us.usnretiree

My gum quality improved within weeks and the cleaning effect is phenomenal! Thank you for coming up with this product, I will never use anything else.Chelsea1

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/11/2013Good replacement brushesI ordered 3 replacement heads for my Philips sonicare toothbrush. I love my toothbrush and have had it for 3 years. It still works as well as the day I bought it. The toothbrush heads are the correct fit for my toothbrush and I will order them in the future. I'm not sure if the price is any better ordering online vs purchase in a store, but the convenience of ordering online can't be beat!ginger1980

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/18/2012This is my third Sonicare. My First FlexCareIt is suggested that you change the heads every three months, but only available in packs of three. I think there should be four heads so you can buy them for a year at a time. My mother gets the heads for me as a Christmas stocking stuffer. Since there are only three, I change heads every four months. Why not sell a four-pack?JRWIII

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/03/2012Suggestions for making it even better1. Disappointed that the battery on my previous Philips Sonicare so soon 'wore out' as to become unrechargeable and could not, by design, be replaced with a new battery. Previously purchased replacement brushes could not be used because not compatible with the new Sonicare design. 2. Following the recommended brush replacement frequency sometimes is prevented by the unavailability of replacement brushes.Helper

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/15/2012Brushing VibrationsExpensive brushes on a stick that hardly seem to deteriorate at all before the little colored bristle section tells you it's time for replacement when they bleach away. Haven't figured out what the little colored collars are really for in terms of utility, just to keep track of whose is whose, except that the collars can fall off very easily and there are no instructions for their use whatsoever. On the upside, they are doing an excellent job with my teeth; the dentist has noted significant improvement on my gums.TwinCitiesGuy
