does not like the cold
The flap broke when the dog used it when it was cold out. For that price you would think it would withstand the cold.

    Nylon pad

    Worked great for a few weeks until it broke!
    We've had the large dog igloo and door for a few weeks and they've been great! This evening I saw the door laying on the deck. It had completely torn across the top where it connects to the doghouse. For the cost of the door I expected it to last more than a few weeks. Now we have a large dog igloo that's pretty useless without a door to protect from the wind.

    Fit the indigo igloo perfectly. It did require two people to attach.

    Great Product
    This is the second Indigo dog house door and dog house I bought in the past 2 years. The Indigo dog house door fits perfectly at the entrance of the dog house. It has just the right thickness so it stays in place well and I feel it does protect against the wind/draft. The many strays that had stayed in the house took to it right away. I did not get the pad, though. A few fleece throws will do inside the house. Indigo dog house is the best.

    Could be tougher
    I installed the door today and am pretty sure that our beagle will have it chewed up in a few days or weeks. I'm reinforcing the edges with tough duct tape and hoping that it ends up being tougher than it looks.

    NOT made to fit a Dogloo II house!
    This is the second door we got for our Dogloo house. The first one we purchased from a pet store on their recommendation. It never fit properly, and it was thin and ended up curling on the sides. Time for a replacement. This year, I went out to the house and read the name brand off the house and was excited that WalMart carried exactly what we needed, finally, our pet would be as comfy as possible in the winter. It came in, but was EXACTLY like the first one we purchased! We were able to use the first one, but had to CREATE the holes in order to mount it on the house. The holes on it would not line up. Also, There were VERY LARGE gaps on either side between the door and the entry way, even though we had purchased the XL size. This one was EXACTLY the same. It did not work either. Do not waste your money thinking you will get a good fit. Not WalMart's fault, but we returned it for a credit.

    Keeps the rain out and the dog in!
    In purchasing my Indigo Dog House, I realized that the rain would need to be kept out of the house in a storm. This pliable, well made door perfectly fits the construction of the house. It is extremely easy to install, and the dog has no challenges with it as it moves easily when she goes into the house. The main thing with it, is it fits perfectly, the dog does not mind it, and it enables total protection to her in case of rain or a storm. I would recommend this door to anyone purchasing an Indigo Dog House.
