I felt energized without the shakes!
I consider myself a healthy individual but some days, I like an energy drink but the carbonization bothers me sometimes. These energy and diet support capsules really gave me the push of extra energy to finish projects and NO shakes. Will definitely be replacing my energy drinks!

More buzzwords and hype than actual benefits
The best I can say about this product is that other than your wallet, it's really not going to hurt you. But if you are expecting some any noticeable benefits, you should probably look somewhere other than a Marky Mark endorsed product. Other than that, there is not much to say. The capsules are fairly big, so if you are someone that has trouble swallowing pills, these may give you some problems. But really, you are better off saving your money and spending it on a proper diet rather than looking for supplements.

    Works great and no drop or shakiness
    I'm always hesitant to try different energy pills. I got These because they were all natural, but supposedly not give You that energy drop and no shakiness. I was Pleasantly surprised these did not have any of that. The pills are large, but not as big as other ones I tale No shakiness or energy drop, try these out

    Not a fan
    Lemme preference this review by saying that I am not a fan of coffee or tea, so anything based on those is typically not something I'd enjoy. This was no different. The energy level was about the same as a Vivarin pill or a Soda, so nothing special. This would probably be a good product for someone who likes coffee/tea, but doesn't want to deal with the actual drink because they're heading to the gym or maybe a deployed member of the military who needs a way to carry dry caffeine. Just not for me.

    Nice energy boost
    I will say straight off that I like this product. I have problems with irregular energy and struggle to keep my energy up a lot of the time. This has been helpful in those days when I really need my energy to be consistent and reliable. If I take this a bit before a meal I feel non-jittery consistent energy later on. It helps me to fit in a workout when I might have opted out of it that day. I also have to do some manual labor work and it's helped me with that too. It doesn't leave me shaky or drop me later either so it seems to stimulate my energy more naturally. I'm very caffeine sensitive at times and this did not bother me or give me a headache. I will continue to use!

    Really didn't feel any different.
    This is a pill I would recommend to try but can also say that I personally didn't feel any noticeable differences but this could be because of my current supplementation. I did notice that it utilizes green coffee bean extract which has shown to increase metabolic rate in studies by basically being a natural source of caffeine. I am not particularly fond of stimulant energy boosters although many people love them. I do like them if I have a important day ahead and feel a little tired but use them very sparingly.

    Barely makes any difference
    I have been using this for over a week now and for some reason I do not see any noticeable difference. Maybe it is just me but I don't recommend spending your money on this. Maybe spend it on eating healthy food. The pills are quite big and I sometimes have difficulty swallowing it.

    No Noticeable Difference
    I've been taking these for several weeks trying to see if I notice a difference. I have tried taking 2 per day for a couple weeks, then tried not taking them for several days. I just haven't noticed a difference either way. I hoped for a difference in my energy level. I will continue trying them, but at this point, I don't see any value in purchasing them again. I rated them as high as I did because I do feel like the ingredients are good, so I wanted to give a neutral rating. I included a picture of the rather large capsules because I feel like that could be helpful to see how large they are and that they are easily broken open.

    I love the extra energy these capsules give me. It really helps with my diet. I also like that a portion of the profits goes to charity also. If you need a little boost I highly recommend this.

    Great choice
    I usually try the GNC energy capsules but I wanted to try the Performance Inspired Energy & Diet Support Capsules u2013 Green Coffee Bean u2013 Garcinia Cambogia u2013 Green Tea Supplement u2013 60 Count and am pleasantly surprised with how good they are, I get the same benefits and energy with these pills. I like the ingredients and am becoming a big fan of these products.
