    Love these cookies
    I like how simple these taste. The buttery cookies just melt in your mouth. They are not overly sweet. They have a perfect balance. I like most of their cookies, but I would have to say the dark chocolate cream filling is my favorite.

    This is a nice delicate sandwich style cookie, with a thin layer of chocolate in the middle. This is a family favorite when we want to feel a little fancy for guest or at holidays. It doesn't break easily but tastes less dense than some cookies. They have a nice crunch. Even though the chocolate layer is thin, it is the perfect ratio. We love the regular, mint and raspberry flavors as well.
