Great paper.
No complaints here at all. It went into the printer smoothly, and it did jam much less than regular paper in my obnoxious printer lol. I like that it was wrapped well. It wasn't quite plastic, but it was a shiny glossy type wrapping that made shelf storage great. Regular paper reams tend to be wrapped in paper so they tear when you order in bulk, but these shipped and stored just fine. It was a bright white, so colors came out as expected. A great product all in all. I definitely recommend.

The product itself is very good. Have been purchasing this copying paper for years. The problem is with FedEx. The original box was repackaged by FedEx because it was dropped and got wet. The packaging around the reams were all broken open and the bottom reams were wet and had to be disposed of. FedEx knew of this problem, but decided to repackage and delivery anyways. This one is not on Walmart.

    Good quality paper especially considering the price. I've typically bought Hammermill and the only difference I've noticed is that these pages warp a little more when running back thru the printer for double sided printing. It doesn't seem to affect output though.

    Bad product
    On the one positive it was delivered fairly quickly. BUT I am very disappointed with the quality of this product. I received a wet box with wet printer paper. Am I really suppose to be satisfied with this product? I paid for 3 reams of paper therefore I am suppose to get 3 reams of paper dry and usable.

    Delivery service is horrible.
    Paper quality is normal. One star is for the delivery service. Fedex did not deliver the product to my office. It was left in the lobby. I had to bring it to my office. It is very heavy. The box is damaged. The box bottom was soaked in rain water therefore the 2 reams at the bottom were damaged.

    Well, the price was good.
    Well, the price was great, but the boxes needed combat pay! And it was NOT the shipper. One lid was taped on the inside of the box. The reams were busted apart. Amazingly, most of the paper was usable.

    Damaged paper
    I found each package of paper open. The paper has indentations were it looks as if the packages were in box that was hit with the fork of a forklift. Then the damaged paper was packed in another box and shipped out. I say this because I have worked in supply warehouses and seen items damaged by forklift blades.

    Box broken during shipping
    Delivery of 10 reams of paper is always risky. I ordered 2 cases and one arrived intact and the other was beat up considerably, with the top broken and the individual reams in disarray. But I think I can still use the paper. (I have not yet used any of the paper.)

    Good paper
    Good quality paper stock with decent weight, thickness and brightness. Will work well for most average documents. So far, I have not experienced any sticking during pull through in either of my two printer / copier(s). Convenient quantity. Will definitely repurchase.
