Good Quality Paper
Pen+Gear Copy Paper, 8.5 x 11, 92 Bright, 20 lb, 5 Reams (2500 Sheets) ……… Good Quality Paper .. No problems jamming my machine. . … I've been through one package and the paper works great..... It's a true white paper and no issues with this. I will definitely purchase more reams. … It prints just fine both color and black ink... I have even printed photos on it and they turned out great...Prints look crisp and brilliant... . I am loving this paper … The paper is of good quality and the box is well made, so it won't fall apart on you, before you can get to the third or even the last ream. …. Doesn't tear easy and ink does not smear... Turns out to be the best printer/copier paper we've found, so glad we decided to try it out.. Our new favorite printer paper !! We received this product from the Wal-Mart Spark Reviewer program. and this review is 100% my own...

Why would you leave the paper outside on the sidewalk when the business is open? No one came in and no one told our office the delivery was here. This was in the way of patients being able to easily access the office!

    Good quality paper especially considering the price. I've typically bought Hammermill and the only difference I've noticed is that these pages warp a little more when running back thru the printer for double sided printing. It doesn't seem to affect output though.

    The product itself is very good. Have been purchasing this copying paper for years. The problem is with FedEx. The original box was repackaged by FedEx because it was dropped and got wet. The packaging around the reams were all broken open and the bottom reams were wet and had to be disposed of. FedEx knew of this problem, but decided to repackage and delivery anyways. This one is not on Walmart.

    don't order too many!!
    Ordered several cases of paper - be prepared for several emails and texts for the same order (i.e. 9 if you order 9 cases). One case was a "repack" 3 reams are unusable. Delivery is FedEx which is awesome! Paper seems good quality.

    On the one positive it was delivered fairly quickly. BUT I am very disappointed with the quality of this product. I received a wet box with wet printer paper. Am I really suppose to be satisfied with this product? I paid for 3 reams of paper therefore I am suppose to get 3 reams of paper dry and usable.

    Unusable copy paper
    The copy paper was fine. Or would be but it came in a flimsy shipping bag. The outside bag was barely intact. The cellophane paper around the paper was in tatters. The copy paper was crumpled. A good portion of the paper is unusable. I think it had been thrown around causing the package inside to split and the paper to get crumpled.

    Horrible packaging
    Delivered in a box too big so needless to say when i opened the box the paper was opened and bent. My grandson is suppose to take this pack of paper with him on the first day of school for his teacher...not going to happen now! I will have to buy another pack. Very disappointed

    Delivery service is horrible.
    Paper quality is normal. One star is for the delivery service. Fedex did not deliver the product to my office. It was left in the lobby. I had to bring it to my office. It is very heavy. The box is damaged. The box bottom was soaked in rain water therefore the 2 reams at the bottom were damaged.

    Well, the price was good.
    Well, the price was great, but the boxes needed combat pay! And it was NOT the shipper. One lid was taped on the inside of the box. The reams were busted apart. Amazingly, most of the paper was usable.
