The shower heads are nice by themselves and it's very easy to switch between them or use both of them while showering; installation was simple and quick. 

However, it is basically unusable until the flow limiter is removed. It's sad, because the purpose of that mechanism was to reduce how much water is wasted when showering, but it limits the water pressure so much that it's extremely frustrating to get clean: it was so weak that even SOAP SUDS were hard to rinse off, which results in even more wasted time and water, defeating the entire purpose of the water-saving feature. I couldn't return it, so I removed the flow limiter and it works fine now, but in the future, I'll just buy a standard shower head.

Save Time, Water, Money... Buy Something Else

Easy install, but the handheld portion leaks significantly. Definitely returning asap.

Leaks - not really usable

It leaks. Water Flow sucks and literally does not work at all. I will be returning it.

Worst showerhead ever

cant beat this shower head.... I have 4 showers, and have this in every one... Seems to have low flow and great pressure... love running both heads at once

exactly what I needed. the hand held comes in super handy bathing my son. pressure is good looks really nice as well. only problem, shower head keeps moving down, not too much but still.

Not that great

This shower is ridiculous.  Massage stopped working after a month.  The pressure was so poor I was not impress.

Stopped working.   Buy something eles

This is a very nice shower head. Price was great, picked it up during shopping trip. Installed myself; extremely easy to do.  No problems. No leaks. Pressure is good for my particular area.

Great Purchase

Had to remove the restrict or for any kind of pressure.  I cant reach to use the hand held without standing on the side of the tub- standing on it again to put back up.  There is no option to mount the hand held lower.  I should have looked
More carefully when I purchased.

what a great upgrade! My handicap mother lives the hand held extension. So do my sons (7, 8) to rinse off with clean water after a bath. I love the shiny chrome finish. Very easy to install!
