I received one of the two units I ordered. I called customer
I received one of the two units I ordered. I called customer service and they said it shipped. I still have not received the second item. That being said, I am satisfied with the first unit.

    Painful but efficient
    You cannot imagine how it feels the first time you try it, but since it work well you get use to it. I do like that it's water resistant. You can use warm water (not hot) and shower soap on the tweezlers head. There always the possibility of some ingrown hair, but still worth the process.

    So far so good panasonic!!!
    My old epilator charger died on me so I bought this new Panasonic. I researched extensively and decided on this model. I don't particularly care for all those different heads, although I wanted the bikini epilator head. Oh well. People complained about getting rashes and this model being painful. I, for one, can tolerate pain. I can feel the pricks and I may flinch, but I can live. I didn't have any bumps after my 1st session. Most of the hairs did pull out. Nothing is ever going to satisfy me 100% so I'll let this one slide. +charges fast. -some what hard to clean out the hairs though.

    the shaver worked great, but I had one tiny little problem
    the shaver worked great, but I had one tiny little problem, in that no where in the instruction booklet could I find where it said in bold lettering,UNPLUG BEFORE USING. I charged it up for 24 hrs, and left it plugged in the charger to use it, but it didn't work. It was a fluke that it I started it after unplugging it. It worked great then.

    Good Device
    I read about the shaver in a magazine. I purchased the item and used it first with a little pain. The second time of use it was easy and the pain didn't bother me. I have not had to shave for 2 weeks now. Yeah! Practice makes perfect and saves time in the long run. I would recommend this product.

    very good product
    I purchased this shaver to replace the one I've had for over 20 years. It finally died. I have enjoyed using this product for all this time and would suggest it to anyone because of the wet/dry feature.
