Great so far
Takes a while to cool when first plugged in but is cold enough once cool. So far so good. Husband is a truck driver so it will run 24/7 5 days a week so hopefully it lasts. He got tired of having to buy ice everyday.

Issue wi/cavity that right lid tab drops into
One of the cavities on top of the cooler that the lid tab is supposed to fit down into is not clear as is the other one. Something must have gone wrong in the manufacturing process; a defect that should have been caught during final product test.. ( The plastic debris is attached inside the cavity. This debris should have been trimmed out during manufacturing) This issue prevents the lid from being able to be properly attached the body of the cooler.

    Great food cooler.
    I like this cooler a lot. It keep my food cool while trucking on the road and allows me to save money not have to eat in a restaurant for every meal.

    The lid breaks and comes off easily, so you have to rig a system to get the lid on. Otherwise it works.

    The cooler is very nice and works well, however if your going to order anything you specifically need for a road trip, do so plenty of time as head because this disappointed me by not arriving on time, shipping was delayed by a week, and missed my vacation and the whole reason I purchased it. Now it looks very lovely on a shelve in the garage. Other than that I like it.

    The handle broke and had a hard time getting hold of them for the extended warrantee. beside that it was okay. have to put 2 ice packs in but keeps cold and nice. nice price.

    A little trouble with hinge slots
    Wanted to plug into outlet before trips and while on the road in motel/hotel. Had to order a unit online from amazon. Ordered 2 different ones since wasn't sure what I was getting. One item did not work at all. The second item worked perfectly. Had to ream out the slots for the hinges as they were clogged with glue or something. Mission accomplished and now very pleased with the product. Works as described.
