This case is amazing and reliable!
This is the only brand phone case I will ever use again! Phones are expensive and I have learned the hard way how important a trustworthy case is! This case has passed that test and has proven to be sturdy and reliable. This case helps me feel safe and at ease knowing my phone investment is protected! Even with four kids (3 toddlers) I feel at ease letting them use my phone or fetch my phone for me without worrying about it being dropped and damaged! I would 100% recommended this case to anyone in the market for one. It is amazing quality and very easy to grip. It is also equipped with Microbial Defense which protects it from tons of germs. Overall its a great protective case and does exactly what it claims!

Inner case is too rigid.
The inner plastic case is so rigid I couldn't get my phone into it unless I were to use a hammer. There is absolutely no flex in it at all.

    No screen protector still rugged
    So far so good with this otter box.I feel like I was misled by the photo and the description write up. This DOES NOT have a screen protector.The photo looked as if it did but it was only the reflection of the back side of the case. Pretty disappointed about that.The case is designed to have slightly higher edges than the screen in order to prevent your phone from smacking flat onto the ground. Individual screen protector costs extra. Otherwise, still a rugged case as far as dropping goes. Just hope I don't hit the corner of something. Learning to bat my phone away from pointy objects as it falls. Now I know what my cat feels when playing with a mouse.

    Excellent Case
    The Defender Series Pro Case is excellent. Very sturdy, and protects my phone from the numerous drops it endures. The inner skeleton is a little tough to take off, it almost seems like you're going to break it, but once you figure it out you're good.

    This is my fourth or fifth Defender Series case. Up to this point, I've been very happy with this product. This last one for the iPhone 11 was a disappointment. Otterbox used to provide a screen protector with this expensive case, but apparently, not anymore. A little frustrated that I have to purchase a separate one now. Won't be getting it from Otterbox.

    Well Im kind of person that breaks my phone 24 hours after I get it When I bought my iPhone my son told me mom get a OtterBox Best bass he couldBest bass he couldve given me Ive dropped this iPhone least 20 times and its still as good as newThat makes me happy

    one of the best cases i've had.
    i've had this case for over a year. i dropped my phone NINE FLOORS from the balcony and the back is the only thing that had damage. granted it's a little crooked but it works and that is why i recommend this case. i will definitely be buying another one for my replacement phone.
