Super fun and easy to use!
This product was a ton of fun to use, especially since the setup was a breeze. I enjoyed baking a variety of things in the oven, all of which ended up very tasty. Setting the timer took some getting used to, but it did not take too long to figure out. My only other complaint is that the clock is a bit fast. This means I cannot rely on it for time, but it is not too big of an issue since I have many devices with accurate clocks. Overall this is a great product due to its design and features. The French doors were really cool, and that was definitely my favorite aspect of the oven.

    Great oven- lousy baking rack
    Have used the air fryer twice, once for French fries- took a long time to clean the rack, yesterday for chicken - rack will NOT come clean- notwithstanding all sorts of scrubbing applied - see photo

    I love everything about it
    I absolutely love my oven I just got it Friday the only thing I'm concerned about is it's very hard to press the buttons and it would be really nice if I could get a cookbook to go with it I pretty much understand it but it's really hard I have to look everything up on Google without a cookbook if someone could help me with that I would really appreciate it

    Plastic melts underneath the hot element
    Used twice and French doors decided not to work nor stay open. After some inspecting found this melted piece of plastic that holds the door open and makes them open and close together

    Awful oven
    Just received my replacement. The air fryer sounded like a jet taking off in the first one. Now this one did too after 3 times testing it. After that the fan doesn't go on at all. Total PAIN to have to repack this HUGE oven and carry to the shipper AGAIN. Don't buy this oven.rate it a zero.

    Doors do not meet in the middle heat comes out
    So far I like this toaster oven fairly well except for the fact that the French doors do not meet in the middle There is a almost a half an inch gap. The heat comes out of the gap. It's very hot standing in front of it.

    Love my new toy!
    My husband purchased this as a Birthday/Mothers day gift and I love it! Did Brownies in 1/2 the usual time and it even does frozen pizza! Tried Panko crusted shrimp and the family loved them. downloaded the recipe book and can't wait to try other recipes in it.

    DISSAPPOINTED that Oster didn't even include a reference cooking manual or a recipe book with this. I have purchased so many tabletop appliances from different makers like Ninja, Emeril, etc etc and they all came with cooking reference guide and recipe book!!!!! And without extra fees!

    I'm grateful to have this oven to cook and bake
    I purchased this oven to be able to cook and bake with until I can replace my oven which died. The only problem with it is uneven heat regardless of the convection feature. The back of the oven gets hotter than the front. Now that I understand this i know what to do when cooking or baking. I have to rotate the item. Over all it's a great value for the money!!! I'm very happy with this toaster oven! I would suggest to the engineers that a simple fix would be a strip on one door to seal the compartment.
