It's a keeper
I was skeptical about this product. But after 2 weeks using it as directed, I really recommend it. It does what it says. After first week I notices that It improved my movements. This product have a herbal ingredient highly concentrated form of Boswellia Serra ta that helps soothe joint function. I was concerned at first because I take meds for various conditions. I'm so happy with this product that I know it will be a keeper on my supplement list. Although the bad part is that It's a big pill, and I have to swallow it with food because using just water, it get stuck. But I'm a bad swallower. I give it 10 in a scale of 10.

Osteo Bi-flex
I had my concerns of this medication. I wasn't sure if something
could help with bones. I've been taking it for 4 days as instructed,
once a day in the morning with my breakfast. I didnt notice it right
off, but by day 4 I notice my legs didn't hurt as much. As with all
medication, it is wise to discuss it with your doctor.
It is a supply of 30 days. Tablets are a little large. Might be difficult
for some. If you have difficulty swallowing, you can cut it half
to help.

I've never had a noticeable change before, so never repurchased any of them. So, I had my doubts about this one as well. Big claims of helping make a difference in just 7 days, but would it do anything helpful in real life. I am both amazed and pleased to report that their claim is true! I can barely believe it myself. I had to double-check the label. This has 1500 mg of glucosamine in it, but ZERO chondroitin, the normal partner to glucosamine. Instead, this has something called "boswellia serrata extract", as well as 4000 IU of Vitamin D. I have been taking them for about two weeks now. I can barely believe the difference this has made for me. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and hips. As you might imagine, mobility is a daily struggle. I usually need to use two canes to get around. I am happy to report after only using this for two weeks, I only need ONE cane for stability. It is also helping my back to feel better. I used to get almost a charley-horse-style cramping in my back after doing any sort of bending very much. I have been able to spend a couple days doing projects I had previously had to put off due to my stiff back, and it did not lock up on me. (It still spasmed some, but a big difference between that and the knock-the-wind-out-of-you cramping.) My ONLY negative thing to say about these is that these pills (dose is one per day) is MAMMOTH. I'm talking wooley mammoth with tusks. I have a very strong gag reflex, and these are a real struggle to get them down and keep them down. I am not sure why these couldn't be half this size and the dose changed to two a day. I have to literally take them with food, because they refuse to go down without a food "escort". I almost gave up on these solely because of the pill size. However, I am glad I kept trying. It definitely helps a lot, and definitely better than any other brand I have tried.LeakyLizzy

Personally, I found that the Osteo Bi-Flex did help with the joint relief, but it took longer, (about 2 weeks) for it to start helping. I definitely plan on continuing to take it daily, and I would recommend it for anyone with joint pain.Soloindyray

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/12/2021Quality ingredients in a large package.Osteo Bi-Flex is a joint supplement comprised of Vitamin D3, glucosamine hydrochloride, and an extract of boswellia serrata. These are all benign ingredients with adaptive properties meant to support general health, not just joint health, although together they do have a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect. I don't have any problem with the ingredients or how they work (although if you're allergic to shellfish, that might be a problem). My reason for downgrading stars on this product is entirely in the way that it's formulated for consumption. Look at the size of that pill! These are not intended to be chewable, so now try to imagine swallowing that thing with a glass of water. It is coated, but it's still a daunting prospect, isn't it? Therefore I can only recommend it with the caveat that if you have any trouble swallowing pills, this one is going to be a doozy.Elphadora

The pills are huge and I don't like taking pills at all, so I have to cut them up using a pill splitter. Thankfully it's only one a day. I know sometimes it takes medicines a few weeks to kick in and this is a really harsh time of year for arthritic joints in the North West, so I'm going to ride out this bottle, but I don't anticipate buying another without some dramatic results in the next week or two.PrincessVern77

Seems to help my knees and hip, maybe, but not my back or shoulders. I plan on finishing bottle. I don't think it is a bad product just not for me. I don't have severe chronic pain. My back is probably the worse right now. At times it hurts to stand straight. They are large pills you take once a day. Make sure you take them with food. They are coated so for myself I had no problem taking them. My suggestion would be try a bottle and see if it's for you.Sambone
