PLEASE GET RID OF THE GUMS. MANY OF US ARE ALLERGIC TO BEANS. IT SHOULD BE CHEESE NOT FILLERS.

    Please take out the Gum
    Not bad,would give it 5 starts if the gum was able to be taken out of it. there are a few other brands that have it taken out but I love how your animals are pasture raised. really dont want to switch products for something that appears can be taken out.

    I don't particularly see much wrong with the ingredients--people are always free to make their own cream cheese if it's a source of concern for them. More importantly, the taste of this cream cheese is great and tangy and the texture is perfectly thick! Definitely give it a shot.

    Do not buy this
    Purchased this because the store was out of my favorite brand, and figured it would all be the same. I was devastated when our Christmas Cheesecake came out watery and curdled, it was ruined. The only thing I did different was the brand of cream cheese.

    Please remove the locust bean gum
    I have used this for years because it was free of junk like guns. The other day, I thought to look at the ingredients because I haven't looked in years, and was very upset to find locust bean gum. When did you start adding that and why? Please take that out and go back to a clean, healthy product.

    I bought this cream cheese because it is organic & the cows are pasture raised. As far as I know, its the only large U.S brand that is. As some folks have complained it is a little stickier than the non organic non pasture raised cow brands I used to use if I am remembering correctly. I tossed the package out so I actually didn't realize there were fillers/gums in this product until reading other reviews, but I suppose that accounts for the texture. I did eat a tiny bit out of the packet before making my icing (I ate it all so its not like I took a bite & then fed it to a table full of Non Social distancing family & friends) & thought huh, I don't like cream cheese as much as I did ten years ago, it feels sort of ....lardy. So if that's the presence of 'gum' then sure, do please fix that issue! :) *** that said however, when mixed with powdered sugar, some vanilla, & a little cinnamon, the icing was better than the cake. I truly would not have bought cream cheese if I could not find any made from pasture raised cows. It's why I have not eaten cream cheese in a decade actually. I didn't realize there was a happy-ish cow brand of it out there. So folks whining about gum or not, please do continue to make it, faux cheese just isn't a substitute & I can't stand, morally, to buy dairy products from company's that treat their animals inhumanely.

    Please take the gum fillers out of the cheese
    Cannot remove the cheese from the package it's so sticky. Used to be able to make my cheesecakes with this brand. There's no longer enough actual cheese in the product resulting in a rubbery cake - awful! A "spreadable" cream cheese with the additives - maybe, but leave them out of the bar. Need it to be solid! Your products are so much better than this - please take the lead and change it. As per other reviewers, I'm not the only one concerned.
