Solid buy
Tasty cream cheese week only guar gum added, unlike many. Rich taste on toast and crackers, we've already almost eaten the full block within a week of purchase. Locally, we had a brand named Arla that is no longer sold and this is a good alternative.

Do not buy this
Purchased this because the store was out of my favorite brand, and figured it would all be the same. I was devastated when our Christmas Cheesecake came out watery and curdled, it was ruined. The only thing I did different was the brand of cream cheese.

    What's up with the creackhead below saying this is bad cream cheese? Go eat your Philadelphia and enjoy the concentrated dose of pesticides and antibiotics, buddy. Organic valley pulls through with quality stuff, always. At this very moment I am eating a homemade cheesecake with the organic valley stuff - delightful to say there least

    Moldy just like many things from Walmart recently. I do not know if walmart or Organic Valley is to blame as I have gotten many things from the Walmart in Somerset KY that are moldy when opened.

    This is the worst cream cheese I ever had in my life. The texture and thickness is like mascarpone and the taste is off. Save yourself the pain of expecting good cream cheese and getting this sorry excuse.

    Take the gums out.
    Take the gums out of your products. Be real. Make real food. This is ridiculous. Organic certified means nothing if you have crap in your products. Lost a customer.

    Not bad,would give it 5 starts if the gum was able to be taken out of it. there are a few other brands that have it taken out but I love how your animals are pasture raised. really dont want to switch products for something that appears can be taken out.

    Super tasty!
    I don't particularly see much wrong with the ingredients--people are always free to make their own cream cheese if it's a source of concern for them. More importantly, the taste of this cream cheese is great and tangy and the texture is perfectly thick! Definitely give it a shot.
