I used this my entire pregnancy and post pregnancy. I never felt sick or had reactions to it. I did however take them at night just in case my stomach could not handle it. I did very well with it and my physician was happy with it as well. Little on the expensive side but it was not too bad

Fish smell
I've been taking these for almost a year and I opened a new bottle this morning that smelled like rotten fish. I thought maybe it was a pill capsule that opened or something but they are all intact. The smell and taste are disgusting. I had to throw out the whole bottle and spit out the pill I tried to take. Is this an error or a new formulation? I don't want to waste more money if this is how every bottle will be.

    I loved this product
    I loved this product, I used it through my whole pregnancy! It did not make me feel nauseous, and provided me with all the nutrients I needed. I recommend it to all the new mommies that I know!

    This is the multi vitamin my doctor recommended I take while pregnant and nursing. It's in softgel form and not a huge pill. It contains 200mg of DHA which is more than most of the other over the counter brands. It's a bit pricey but a good option for an all in one prenatal.

    I love these Prenatals.
    I love these Prenatals. With my second daughter, my iron was low. My last pregnancy, I discovered these vitamins, and they were amazing. They have iron added, along with folic acid, which is important. To get everything in one pill is so convenient, instead of having to take a handful of pills daily!

    I really have enjoyed utilizing this prenatal! I think the fact it includes dha is great. The price isn't bad either, I just wish it were avaliable more because typically when I go to purchase it it's out of stock.

    I never had any problems taking this product and I didn't experience any symptoms other then first trimester normal symptoms. It was the best ones I could find for a decent price. I definitely didn't want to skimp out on my health and my babies!

    Ugh I don't know if I just have a bad batch of these or what but I bought a big bottle and immediately noticed an overwhelming fish taste. I haven't tossed them I just choke them down daily. I'm assuming one capsule slightly leaked causing that to happen. They don't cause me to have fish burps though so I guess that's a plus?

    I used these until I could get into my obgyn for a prescription. These things are HUGE and a little expensive. They ended up making me nauseous so I ended up quitting them. I recommend for a time crunch until you can get to a doctor

    I've been a faithful
    I've been a faithful user of this product with my past two pregnancies, so it's no surprise I'm taking these daily to help prepare while I try for my third. I really can't speak highly enough of these vitamins and how they helped my well being during each pregnancy. My doctor recommended them when I first became pregnant and I've had nothing but success. These vitamins not only helped ensure I was receiving the proper nutrients for myself, but also for the growing baby. I was able to maintain healthy levels during my entirety of pregnancy, which is super important for the growth and well being of a baby in the womb and myself, of course. I generally do run on the lower side with my anemia levels and this vitamin helped normalize my levels during each pregnancy. The pill is definitely on the larger side, but nothing a nice glass of water can't fix. The benefits of the vitamin without a doubt make the pill size irrelevant for me.
