    Centrum is Much Better!
    This supplement is by far the best that One A Day offers for men. However, compared to Centrum supplements, this product is lacking in numerous areas. Too many to list here. Do your own research before ingesting this product.

    Just your typical vitamin for men. Tried this until the bottle was gone and did not buy again. I'm more into supplements that are for certain things. Like creatine protein pre-workout things of that nature. But as far as full spectrum supplements go this is a good one.

    This works great and does its job! I was very happy with it I would most definitely recommend it to anyone. It gives you that lost energy back. Most people lack natural vitamins, Like myself I have a low vitamin d level.When I stopped taking the one a day vitamins I starting feeling lethargic again. These are a little expensive especially if you keep a tight budget! There worth buying if you have some extra spending money.

    If your ok with that REAALY vitamin smell that turns into the flavor then this is great for you. I could hardly get past the smell, then the taste. Gave to my husband to take, he doesnt mind it. I didnt really get that big of a boost as I do from some of my other vitamins.
