Updating Operating System causes failure
Purchased it, set it up, installed an update and could get it to load anything. HP told us to return it for a replacement. Not sure why the update ended up being so unstable. But we tried everything and couldn't get out of that stuckness. HP support couldn't even help.

    This gaming laptop by HP is amazing. I never knew PC gaming could be this great! I've played most of my Xbox games on here and had zero problems with graphics, she gets a bit hot but buy a cooling pad it won't be a problem. She is an amazing gaming PC and runs everything I've thrown at her in Ultra Graphics mode. You will really enjoy this computer for gaming. She will run cyberpunk at full settings with no drop in FPS. Definitely the best bang for your buck! The included mouse is responsive, and the headset while it has an echo when using Discord it is serviceable and works well as long as you use it to listen to music or your game audio.

    Great value for money
    Got this like a week ago, gaming is fluid. Never throttles even im playing high demanding games in ultra setting. I upgraded my RAM to 20gb, now it handles better. If you're planning to get this for gaming, upgrading ram to at least 16gb.

    Light weight yet powerful machine
    Overall its a great bundle with 256SSD and 1TB HHD. The main reason for buying this laptop is its powerful config. that I necessarily need for my engineering stuff to run heavy 3D applications. The only bad thing I notice in this specific machine is its metallic body and color that keeps the fingerprints for good and its quite tough to keep it clean even with my glasses cleaner. Apart from this cosmetic issue, its a lovely machine with a light weight metallic body and of course, the powerful OMEN headphones and mouse are big plus. Though I don't use headphones but still its sound quality is fantastic especially for the gamers and music lovers.

    Great product have been using daily for about a week. I do agree with other reviews the battery life while gaming is not great but that isn't a big deal the graphics look great the computer runs well and I am enjoying becoming a new gamer. the mouse and headphones are also great no complaints on any of it is a great deal

    Not a bad gaming laptop, works well and is very fast, runs all my games and is built nicely. it has a premium feel because the body is made of metal, almost feels like a mac book. only thing that I dislike is the battery life, I only got about two hours and 30 mins on YouTube before I needed to charge it. the back is also a finger print magnet...

    Well I can't think of anything that I didn't like about this computer. I think it's blazing fast. I have an older HP and this one runs circles around it. I was ready to give up on windows till I got this computer. Good job HP
