Caveat Emptor - Gray Market Product
Nice camera, delivered in a full package, but without a U.S. warranty. Instead, it came with a warranty from the seller. In other words, this is a gray market product, imported into the U.S. outside the manufacturer's normal channels, and the manufacturer won't provide a warranty for it. This was not disclosed in the listing of the sale.

    Great Underwater Camera
    Great for underwater pictures and other rough elements and terrain that you want to avoid your smartphone. Marginally better at macro pictures, low light, and post-picture editing with other software than my 2-year-old smartphone. I mostly use it snorkeling so I can leave my phone high and dry. Not worth using for average scenery, selfie, and portrait pics.

    Possibly Opened package and wrong color
    I ordered red and received black, and it appears the package has been opened. It was such a hassle getting it delivered so I won't return it. But so far has not been positive.

    Great Vacation Camera
    Great camera for vacations, f2.0, great underwater pictures and good low light / night pictures. Software is good, able to transfer pictures to the phone with no cable.
