Wonderful! Truly satisfied with true professional!
I started putting my new office chair together and ran into a snag. Got help from Handy. Tech came early and successfully finished the job above and beyond. He even took cardboard boxes to my building's basement.

Guy name Theodore came , and did a horrible job . These pictures are right after he just up and left didn't even say he was done . All the black pieces on the floor are the broken pieces I will never use Agni again !

    Poor assembly.
    They messed up the item when they assembled. All of the doors are messed up and we can see inside from the door. Cause there are some empty space. The drawers can't be open.

    Highly disappointed!!
    My daughter and I were very excited about her new dresser...but very disappointed in the end. our first assembly was reschedule the day of the appointment then on the rescheduled appointment the assembler was an hour late! It took him only 2 hrs to complete the dresser. Once I saw the finished product, I was speechless!!...like this is what I paid my hard earned money for and I could have done a better job!! I really want my MONEY BACK!!!

    Worst cabinet assembly ever!!!!
    I hired to have it put together for me!!! They tried to quit 3Xs broke the smaller door and didn't say anything. The doors didn't match up to frame. Or deter new parts…. They sent the wrong parts and the next installer stated that the company was not giving me correct information the hinges could not be loosened enough to line it up properly!!!! So now I have asked Walmart to pick it up. They did 4 days ago. Did not refund my money and cancelled the return on my account and now no one can find my item by the Fed Ex tracking number by my account or anything and keep telling me to wait another 24hrs.????? For what???? Excuse I have have gone above and beyond good customer service where is yours WALMART??????

    THE WORST PERSON TO DO YOUR DRESSER
    Hello, I have a complaint about my Dresser and the person who built it for me. When I opened my dresser, everything broke automatically, the person who did it had not adjusted it well. I sent a message to Mr. Daniel and I realize that he has blocked me because his wife called me yelling at me saying that I had done with her husband that if she was a lover, how disrespectful and unprofessional. I NEED MY MONEY BACK, otherwise I will go to the same bank. I will attach a photo of the entire destroyed dresser!

    Pro did a good job but
    I really cannot recommend this service. The communication and the online chat was useless with Angi. I had a dresser and nightstand to be assembled and they sent two different people. I ended up getting 4 emails from different people with different times. I tried to call and I did the chat and I got nowhere. While the two handyman were here I got two other phone calls saying we are on our way . I also had to tip two different people . Not sure why they would schedule two people and two different times . . Just know your furniture will arrive in a box and you need to put it in the room that you want it assembled in. They will not remove any furniture or garbage when they are done. Next time I will order furniture already assembled. I had no idea they were going to do it in my home and although the pro was very nice and professional I would not use the service again. He assembled the dresser in 2 1/2 hours and it looks great so he would get 5 stars.

    Mounted and fell !!
    I paid for my tv to be mounted and Walmart sent someone from Angi who didnt look for the beams and it fell a month later and they refused to fix or pay. I have been getting the run around for month. I will never use Walmarts service again. BEWARE

    Just left a pile on my floor
    I wish i could give 0 stars. They sent some lady to build a dresser for me. Not only did she step on the cables to my modem, breaking my coaxial cable. She put together roughly a quarter of the job, realized she did it wrong and ran to her car to have a panic attack (through her own admission). She later said she couldn't do it and gave up, leaving the materials all over my room including the packing foam pieces without sweeping it up. They rescheduled for a replacement that was supposed to be for today, but cancelled 2 hours beforehand and rescheduled for Sunday at 5, so I'd have to adjust my schedule again. they didnt even ask me if I was ok with that time. And I tried to call for a refund and to speak with a manager, be ause customer service has been no help at all and was told the manager would "call me back" which made no sense. So now, im going to have to find a Walmart (there aren't any in Boston) to return this pile of wood. Absolute waste of time. I suppose if you're having them mount a TV on the wall, they might be ok feom what I've been told before. Anything more complicated than that it's completely incompetent and the most frustrating experience I've ever had with this type of company.
