Buy This Strap With The Headset, Not After!
After having the Oculus 2 for only a day, I knew I had to get a new headband. The one included has to be cranked down so tight to keep it from sliding around. This band is hard plastic with an elastic strap over your head, and a cradle with a crank on the back to easily put on and take off the headset. Replacing the strap was super easy, and I'm almost surprised they didn't include this as the base strap. This is one accessory that all buyers need to have!

    Cheap and will break easily. Don't waste your cash
    Cracked in 3 places and snapped off within a couple of weeks of mild use. We took very good care of the Oculus and didn't drop it and were not rough with it. My son picked it up and the strap snapped off the back and practically started to disintegrate in my hand when I was trying to see where it was broken

    Amazing headstrap but I had to return it because my oculus was broken internally but highly recommended the oculus elite strap one u buy it tho it gives u a headache bc ur not used to a different strap maybe it's different for others

    guaranteed to break in a few months dont buy!!!!
    This is my second time buying this strap for 50$ and it broke in about 3 months, there so cheap they just break, the sides are made with really thin plastic, not built to last and idk how they have more than a 1 star review, everyone who purchased one the only guarantee is that its definitely 100% going to break even if your super careful with it dont waste your money

    I bought it for my daughter to use instead of the the strap that comes with the Oculus. She used it a few times and it broke less than a week after I purchased it.

    Too delicate to handle
    I bought this the first time and less then 15 days it broke. The Walmart guaranty covers 15 days after purchased. They gave me a new one . I tried to be very cautious in handling the strap but even like that, after only 2 months of used it broke again. ( I used probably only 2 times pero week only ) The strap its made with such a cheap and delicate material that is like it was made for displayed only and not actual real use.

    Needed for a tight fit
    We purchased this for a gift and if a small head person uses this every time they play their Oculus head set it will break from continuous use .It cracked the plastic.It needs to be made stronger for sure if kids use it everyday. We still ordered an other one because it is needed to hold on the face so the fit is tight on the head. Disappointed it didn't last through the Holiday!
