BEST HEADPHONES ON THE MARKET
I love my powerbeats pro. the sound is incredible they are extremely comfortable they dont fall out like other headphones ive tried. and I love the storage/charging case. worth every penny. I was a little worried about getting refurbished headphones but I was worried for nothing they ended up being one of my most favorite purchases of the entire year

    The beats do not pair to the phone. I have tried apple support and then we're the ones who told me that y'all sold me an open box of beats. I pod for new beats and they were a Christmas gift for my son.

    Fake? Used?
    I'm not sure if these were purchased from someone and returned or they're just fake. My ‘beats' came in an all white with a sticker barcode instead of a Beats by Dre box. It just looks off

    Did not come the way I expected.
    (1) Did not come in original beats box. I expected it to come in beats box taped or something. (2) Did not come with instructions for set up. (3) Came with too short of a charger. (4) Hair and stuff found on the ear buds of the products.

    VERY upset.
    I bought these in May. I took very good care of them. Now the left side quit working and the box to carry them in won't hold a charge. Of course I forgot to get the protection plan so $100 something dollars down the drain. NEVER AGAIN!!!

    They are not original, they are Fake. they don't have serial number and quality is bad. I thought that for that reason one of your page it was safe to buy, but it's a shame that you sell this type of item. I hope you can help me buy the originals

    Product doesn't work
    I haven't used these too much. I only use them in the gym, which is about 3 hours a week. And I got injured right after I got them and wasn't in the gym at all for 3 months so all in all, I've used these about 3 hours a week for 10-11 weeks. They won't charge. I'll leave them connected overnight, assuming they'll be charged the next day, but then I'll go to use them and only one side will work, and then the side that works will only do so for about 5 minutes and then they're dead. There's no way this should be happening even if I used them daily. Such a waste of money and I have no clue how to contact the company to even discuss some kind of warranty on this product. Very disappointed.
