Body Fat Does Not Work
My gym has a $500 body fat machine and weighing 137 being 5 ft 4 it told me I was at 29%. I lost weight. Im at 133 and this machine says Im obese with 33% body fat. I could have bought a scale for $15. Instead I paid $75 so it could tell me Im obese. Dont waste your money

    Use it all the time, glad I bought it
    I dont mind it. It doesnt he doesnt talk to me doesnt beep at me and bother me I use it all the time because its my silent friend. It helps me keep track of my bone density and my visceral fluids. Also keeps an inventory of my weight loss and holding weight. I do have a back issue so reaching down to get the little hand controller is annoying for my neck and shoulders but I dont I do have a back issue so reaching down to get the little hand controller is annoying for my neck and shoulders but I dont see how they can avoid it in design.

    Need to wait 24 hours before displaying a reading
    One significant omission from the instructions is that the storage of data does not actually show up for 24 hours. I had to call the company and the customer service personnel were well aware of this and had no explanation as to why this was done in this manner. Otherwise, after week or so it seems OK. I wish it would measure in tenths of a pound, but the load cells on most all these low cost scales always seem to move in increments of .2 pounds.

    Very Accurate & Easy to use
    After finishing a medically supervised weightloss program my husband needed a way to track the same body composition indicators that the doctor used. This was the first one we found that did that and was under $100. The unit is very accurate, we bought it a month before my husbands program ended and checked the stats against the doctors, they were spot on every time. Also very easy to set up for multiple people or a guest, stores stats in memory, and is quick and super easy to use.

    It's all that was promised!
    The scale is pretty easy to program - the instructions are written for the beginners. It was great to measure all the things like BMI, body fat and even the age of your body (compare it to your biological age). I definitely would recommend the scale!
