    They work great
    I love working with the resistance bands in my home gym. This is the second pair of the same brand that I ordered. I can definitely tell the difference in my workouts since I've been using them.

    Great additional to workout regime
    These were a great addition to my daughter's workout regime. She's in college, so she was looking for something that would travel with her easily and these fit the bill. Enjoyed the bag to store the bands when not in use. Overall, a great product.

    Would I purchase these bands again? YES
    I think the products are pretty decent for the value. If I had to say one thing that is great about them its that they can be rolled up an placed in your purse or pocket. Hence, no matter where you are you can use them and I do use them when Im out an about. Not saying you dont need a routine to use them but for me they also act as a stress relief when the anger threatens to come to the surface or the irritation gets to me. I will often go into a bathroom and do arm exercises to get that feeling away. As an added bonus Im also getting fit.
