I've used the product for months now, hope to continue using
I use the product to maintain my weight and keep my alimentary canal in good shape. I usually drink the shakes in the morning, and do not have any breakfast with it. I do take my prescription medications with the shake and so far have no problem doing that. In the past (three years) I just took my medications with a glass of water.

not for me
i managed to get down 3 or 4 of these, but i didn't care for them. i didn't like the texture nor the flavor. wish i had tried the vanilla, but it's not worth it to order them only to find out that they are no more palatable. i would prefer to have a power fuel, such as a few nuts or a tablespoon of peanut butter than the shake. they also were a lot of liquid for me to get down at one time. just not my thing.

    Excellent Diet Shake
    Excellent shake, I have been using this shake for 2 years now and have lost weight successfully. I love the taste and energy it gives me, I drink one shake in the morning prior to working out.

    Beat Belly Bloat Fast!
    I love this shake. This shake really does help reduce belly bloat. I went on Nutrisystem 2 years ago and this was by far their best product. I still use it to this day, when I need to reduce belly bloat fast. It's easy to use on the go. I just pour an 8 oz. bottle of water in my shaker, about 4 ice cubes add shake powder and shake. It makes a yummy shake. You will need to use it for at least 5 days and modify your diet for best results. It does help suppress hunger so you don't feel hungry.

    Excellent tasting. Im doing a Nutrisystem kick start kit. You need to buy these shakes to go with the kits program. You also need your favorite non starch vegetables, the equivalent of four cups raw per day. If you can however, buy the frozen kit. Im not certain if it requires the shakes or not.

    A tasty addition to your healthy diet.
    This item is not only great tasting but filling as well. The probiotic helps jeep you regular with no bloating. You do not have to be following a specific eating plan for this product to be a healthy addition to your diet. Especially healthy when blended with a cup of your favorite frozen fruit.

    I would not buy this program again unless
    Taste was fair. Still wanted some real food after drinking it. did not do anything for belly bulge. I am overall disappointed with all your food except some frozen breakfast foods and some frozen snacks. I really don't believe Marie ate this food. Your frozen pizza's were the only thing I ate. What a waste of money especially when I couldn't stand the taste and threw most away. Please respond.

    Love these shakes!
    I love the Turbo Shakes! It's a great tasting pick me up or a snack when you want something sweet. It can be mixed with anything to make great smoothies. I like the 7 pack to take with me on the go or the canister for home. Both flavors are wonderful and truly taste like a milk shake.

    I drink it for the snack after breakfast it taste very very good and I enjoy my morning snack it is so good lm not a milkshake person thought it would taste chalky or bitter or like the protein shake but no was very surprised and like I said when I have a flex afternoon snack l put some frozen fruit and enjoy love it !!
