No starving required, small amounts oddly filling.
I ordered on June 22 and it arrived on June 24 I am on day 71 w NS frozen food and I am down 22 pounds. Luckily, only one substitute item, wish it had been the Chicken Fajita as listed instead of teriyaki chicken and noodles. That would be my only complaint is that they don't always send what's listed. Everything is portion controlled, ie small so get creative with adding veggies to burgers, serve meals over riced cauliflower, toast the buns…make it yours. Add Poblano peppers, roasted eggplant w tomatoes. Eating and weight loss is a great combination, no starving required.

    All the meals are delicious. ive gotten the grilled chicken sandwich and hamburger for lunch. As for dinner, I've gotten the Salisbury Steack with mac n cheese, Chicken Parmesan and Turkey Medallion with mashed potatoes as well as chicken breadt stufed with cheese and broccoli.

    Forget about taste, I haven't gotten that far yet. I ordered ONE variety box of 10 items for $44.00, looked at my bank account ...they charged for TWO, totaling $88.00. I got an e-mail and it had already shipped (IN 1 DAY) so I couldn't stop it. Delv. was supposed to be Monday...here it is, the Friday before, and the coolers are sitting in my kitchen. I wasn't home for delv. but my family knew they were frozen, so unpacked them and put in the freezer!!! Mini, mini, mini size frozen boxes, I don't know if I even like the food, hence, bought the variety package, plus I paid double for it all. I don't even know if I WANT to taste it!!!!!! Very disappointed!!!

    Thawed out
    Received on Monday, was supposed to come Saturday, once I opened the packs were completely thawed out, the dry ice was completely gone. This has happened twice before. Very disappointing.
