"Put it in the microwave for exactly 11 seconds..." The difference in the texture and taste is astounding! I've been eating these for 3 years now. They satisfy the chocolate cravings and you actually feel full for longer than any other sweet breakfast food I have ever had. They are individually wrapped and ready to go into your work tote for your breakfast break. That with my daily vitamins get me on my way to a perfect day inside my weight goal without feeling deprived. A lot of people question what i am eatig that looks and smells so good knowing i have lost a great deal of weight hoping to catch me "cheating." After using the microwave idea the chips inside are gooey and delicious and the muffin is much like moist like cake only denser. Thank you for the opportunity to review, I need to order more!

The past two times I purchased this product, the muffins tasted bad. They had a moldy taste to them and I had to throw them out. I figured they would have enough preservatives in them to stay good, since they are not a refrigerated item. Next time I will order them directly through Nutrisystem.

    Greatest Breakfast every morning..
    I have ordered these for over a year. I love them, I could never tell they were good for me. One could never tell they are good for them. I have been eating them for over a year and will continue to do so until they are not available any longer. I hope they never get eliminated.

    Delicious but Expensive
    I love the taste of these and they hold me over until lunch. The cost is ridiculous and have recently skyrocketed. Guess I will have to find something else for breakfast!

    not just for breakfast but anytime during the day
    I don't eat my muffins at breakfast--they are my snack during the day instead of cake, pie, etc. They are high in protein, low fat, high fiber and good. I would advise other shoppers to heat in microwave about 16 seconds before eating so the chocolate bits melt.

    Misleading...
    This is not a good deal - typically there are 4 in a box for approximately $6- this is misleading as it should have only costed $18 for the 12 instead the cost almost doubled. Not happy....

    Great breakfast item
    These are the best tasting of the NS muffins if you're a chocolate lover. High in fiber and not too high in calories. I look forward to having these for breakfast. Microwave for 10 seconds to make them warm and delicious!

    These muffins are really about the right size. I "could" eat 2 but these are actually fairly filling due to the fiber. I'm not a big breakfast person so this is enough to hold me over and still get some nutrition. They are chocolate-y, just a tad on the drier side but i chase with with a small shot of FF milk

    Melt in your mouth goodness
    These chocolate muffins by nutrisystem are out of this world. No need to just have for breakfast, they are perfect for morning break, for afternoon treat, or for dessert at night whether you are trying to lose weight or not. They do NOT taste like any diet product, but you don't have to worry when eating it. Be sure to microwave your muffin for a few seconds. The chocolate within melts and that is what makes these muffins perfect for a treat. Yes, I recommend.

    Decadent, Satisfying and Delicious!
    My favorite breakfast is one of these rich and delicious chocolate muffins with a boiled egg or cottage cheese with fruit and tea. They satisfy my chocolate craving and fill me up as well. I get the mega muffin pack every month so I won't run out. Eating such wonderful chocolate treats like these muffins make you feel like you're not on a diet, and a major reason I've lost over 80 pounds on Nutrisystem!!!
