Great supplement
This fiber is wonderful so far I have added it to tea and smoothies it tastes great and really helps break down impurities in your body. My husband and I and my kids all tried and we all love it and plan to buy more

I have been using this fiber three times a day for the last year plus n I've had some problems with the powder dissolving completely occasionally n your not to drink any that is not dissolved!

    Easy mix works!!
    I really like it ,tasteless less i take it in cranberry/ cherry juice ,i also take other fiber. This product i take to feed the good bacteria in my body. Heard all postive . I do like it helps alot Thanks Nestle!!

    While I was hospitalized two years ago, they gave me Nutrisource fiber packets twice a day. After my release, I was thrilled to find it on-line in the Nestle health Science Store because OTC guar gum is hard to find & it's expensive. I have used it for the past two years with great results & now take it three times a day per my doctor's advice. I like the packets because I can carry them with me to add to a beverage when I dine out. At home I use the canisters. I have the canisters auto shipped to me which I find very convenient. Also, the price is very reasonable.

    NutriSource Fiber Supplement has 3g soluble Fiber to help support digestive health. It can be mixed with a wide variety of food and beverages which makes it easy and convenient. If your looking for something to supplement your Fiber I highly recommend this product.

    Good on digestive system
    My husband and daughter have digestive issues and the doctor recommended fiber. This fiber is great because it's flavorless. I add it to coffee or to a shake or chocolate milk and it dissolves. I think it works better, or dissolves better in hot rather then cold . It doesn't get thick either. It's helped them be a bit more regular, which is perfect.

    NutriSource Fiber Supplement is absolutely effective. It has no taste, 15 calories per serving, 3 g of fiber. Its granules are easily dissolvable. It instructs to mix in hot or cold water and I choose cold. I prefer to use this method of inducing fiber as opposed to other solutions because I can't taste it and it works.

    I have been having some problems with my digestive health, had to have surgery. After surgery my doctor said find a supplement to help regulate your digestive health, I've tried everything i seen in the store. Nothing seem to work that I could keep down. So i am trying nutrisource fiber, I use this in my casseroles and shakes. Great way to hide it and be able to get the fiber I need for my digestive health!! It's helped me good, I love taking care of my health. I will continue to buy this and use it daily!!

    I have had issues with regularity for quite some time now absolutely attest to the effectiveness of this product!! Nutrisource fiber supplement powder contains 3 grams of soluble fiber to help support Digestive Health & normal bowel function, I ixed it in my dhakes,but you can mix it in any sing liquid or soft foods it does not change the taste or the texture of what you mix it into it is not thick it does not change the consistency of what it has been mixed into. And it's kosher gluten-free contains 3 grams of fiber in each serving really works highly recommend to anyone who needs extra fiber to keep you regular.

    I had tried other brands that die not help then I received nutria source fiber sample, it worked so well I am on a feeding tube and that alone is so difficult then a bowel problem that was intolerable and confining me frim leaving my home I can now leave without the fear of having a mishap it helped me so much thank you
