Itchy?
I believe that this worked in reducing the skin eruptions I had been plagued with but after a while, I developed itchy skin on my face and also my skin got reddish. I've written Nutricost, but they have not yet replied to me. In the meantime, I have stopped taking this supplement until I hear from them.

    I have found that this Vitamin does help to eliminate some of the bumps and stubborn benign spots that won't go away. And I have been successful in using it for this purpose. But for spots that are not benign, this vitamin does not help.
