Good quality
This halter dress is a very nice, bright red and is made with quality material. It's nice and thick and it isn't sheer. The length comes mid calf on me and I'm 5'7. The only con I have is even when the halter is tied as close to my neck as possible, the top part is cut a little low on my back and under my arms. Women with bigger boobs may not have this issue.

The material is soft and silky, but this dress is all wrong. First of all the color is way different than shown online and it’s hideous. I can’t imagine it looking good on any skin tone. The shape and fit are just as bad. You need to be completely straight up and down from the waist down, yet top heavy. I’m a size 12 and the medium “fit” but absolutely not flattering. I’m a D cup and it was still loose around my breasts, the halter strap tied fine and comfortably. Around my rib cage was SO loose, yet my belly was getting strangled and each tier was tighter at the seam yet billowing out between each tier. I’m an hour glass shape and this just was not for my body type. Add to it the horrible color, I can’t recognize this at all unless you try another color and have a specific body type!

    This dress is really cute! It isn't the kind of style I typically wear but I am excited to wear this in the spring. The material feels nice and is soft against the skin. The style is perfect for spring and summer! The halter doesn't show too much skin but will keep you cool. The pattern is cute and not too busy. The length is good and I'm on the taller side. It fits true to size for me. Overall I'd say it's good and definitely recommend it!

    I am obsessed with the Nine.Eight Halter Maxi Dress! I have it in the yellow floral print and its beautiful! I wore it on vacation and received endless compliments. I am 5'3" and the dress hits the bottom of my feet so with sandals, it is a good length. The halter ties in the back and the dress has a tie-waist as well. It is extremely flattering and hides all problem areas. I look forward to wear this dress all season long, it is so pretty!

    Pretty halter high low dress!
    This flares is so pretty!! Starting with the halter that ties behind the neck. The cut leaves a flattering look for the shoulder area. The high cinched waist isn’t adjustable. Does have a wrap belt that’s removable. I tied the belt so it has a long fall and it’s a great addition to the style. Between the waist and bottom there’s 2 sewn lines and those I don’t like. They should’ve left that out and just left the material alone leading down to the high low cut at the bottom. Love a high low dress. This cut is on the modest side the high doesn’t go past the knees therefore still able to wear casual or to an event. The style of the dress allows it to be dressed up or down. The fabric isn’t thin or cheap but not heavy. The colors are a background that’s so dark it could be argued black it’s blue that’s dark enough to look black. The flowers are a cobalt blue, navy blue and white. This dress won’t disappoint!

    Cute Summer Dress
    I love this dress for its comfort and style. The halter tie at the neck is lovely. The added waist tie helps draw attention to my small waist. I could have done without the extra hemming on the bottom, it kind of weighs it down a bit. The divided hem design would have looked better with none added. It’s very comfortable, and I used my invisible bra to give me some lift and support. Overall, very cute dress that I can’t wait to wear on hot summer days.

    This halter maxi dress is very comfortable. The fabric is very breathable and has nice movement. The length is great. However, I will say the halter part is definitely long and meant for someone with a long torso. I’m only 5’1” and the top just hangs off me.

    This halter maxi dress is super cute and it's made out of great quality fabric. I love how the fabric feels and how well it washes Time after Time. I also love how well it fits it is definitely true to size. It can be worn by itself or it can be worn with a cute jean jacket. I love how versatile it is and that I can wear it to work and I can wear it out with my friends. I am definitely looking forward to wearing it this summer and spring!     Very pretty
    Although this dress is out of my comfort zone, it is very pretty. I will probably wear it with a cardigan and some flats. Very light and comfortable, ties around your neck and behind your back. Tighter fitting around your waist and hips then becomes loose and airy. Has great length and a very pretty design. For reference I am 5'9, wear a 14 in bottoms and a L/XL in tops.

    Nine Eight brand Maxi halter dress. This dress is gathered at the neckline to create a flattering bodice. It is an open back and is a full-length dress. There is a sash so you can tie it around the waist. Just inside the front bodice of the dress is an extra layer of thin black fabric to help with coverage. From the bottom side of the bodice around the back is elastic, and there is elastic all the way around the waist as well. Seems to be true to size. This dress does fit in a roomier cut rather than a fitted, which I appreciate. This dress is a little long for a petite frame, but if you love it, it can be easily hemmed. If you're not a sewer, I believe this could probably be easily hemmed using hem tape and a clothing iron. This dress is very flowy and comfortable, great for summertime as it does not have a lining except for the bodice area. This dress is super cute paired with a cardigan or a denim jacket. Fabric is 100% rayon. It is cut a little higher in the front at the bottom of the dress then it is in the back, like a high low skirt. This is definitely a long dress, and great for a taller figure. Great brand. This dress is put together well, and I would recommend it.
