    Pleased with this product, recommend!
    Use this to clean my sinuses if I get a sinus headache. I only use 1/2 packet mixed in warm water in my Neti Pot and do that cleansing in each nostril.

    Works very well to flush out sinus.
    My Ear, nose and throat doctor recommended it. I mix the pack in distilled water and use as a sinus rinse. It flushes out my sinues, particularly for allergies not just seasonal.

    Glad I tried this sinus rinse
    I use this every day (I'm a vet tech with dog/cat allergies). There is a definite benefit to using this sinus rinse. When I have a sinus headache, cold or flu, this rinse helps A LOT.

    GOOD FOR SALINE IRRIGATION
    These packets save some time being pre measured and I use them in saline mix for sinus irrigation. Just the right amount, no worries. As advertised, have ordered twice and continue to use.

    Helps keeps my sinuses from drying out in the winter and helps prevent the need for antihistamines in the summer. I use it after I've been mowing the grass or dusting. It really makes a difference for me.

    Awesome in Smoky and High Pollution Air Conditions
    I've used Neilmed Sinus Rinse packets for over 6 years while I shower. I tip my head back, squeeze the bottle and once my nasal passages are full, take the bottle away and move my facial muscles to provide an aggitating effect, then blow the rinse out through my nose. I certainly recommend this product for everyone, whether you have allergies as I do, or not. And it works great in smoky air conditions and high pollution warning days. My breathing through my nose is certainly much easier and clearer than before using it.

    NEILMED IS THE BEST SINUS RINSE EVER!
    I have used Neilmed Sinus Rinse for many years and I would never want to go a day without it! Rinses my nose so well and lets me breathe! NO DRUGS! I have and will continue to recommend!
