Helped Nails and Hair but Skin eeehhh
I really like this product it made my hair grow 2 inches in one month witch is about 2x faster than my normal and my nails where so strong, i tried picking at them but they where strong and actually took a lot of strength the bend them. HOWEVER I had horeable acne while testing this product. I got acne in all over my face even places I never get acne including behind the ear and neck. it took about 3 days for acne to start appearing. I am a teen so this may be because of puberty but I do know this product caused the acne.
