Great for the Gut
I was having some stomach bloat but getting back on track with balanced meals and doing this 7 day cleansed helped. Ive tried others that made me feel nauseated but this product was great and Id suggest to anyone trying to get their gut back in working condition.

High heart rate, abdominal pain, dizzy, nausea.
I never write reviews, but this was horrible for me. On day two I was cooking dinner and my heart rate went up, I got nauseated, lightheaded, dizzy, and my face and arms got cold and tingly. Later on I had abdominal pain the almost sent me to the ER. I will be returning this and getting my usual 3 day cleanse.

    Use with caution
    I'm currently on day 7 of the cleanse. I'm feeling very ill and have been running to the bathroom on and off since this morning's dose. I did lose 3-4 pounds but I'm pretty sure that's because as soon as I take food in it comes right back out. I would only recommend this product if you're going to be home all week.

    It didn't work on me.
    Every body is different but it didn't do anything on me. I suffer from constipation and was hoping that this would work, it didn't. It was as if I was taking nothing. I took more water and ate healthy on the period of the 7 days. Just to make sure I was taking advantage to the fullest. Nothing. Maybe it works for some. Not for me.

    Really recommend, it works.
    7-Day Ultimate Cleanse really works, it clean every single part of my body, well at least that's what I think. This is my second time trying a cleanse I first used the RenewLife 3-Day Cleanse but it didn't do it for me.. But this one made go to the bathroom 3 times a day when I usually go only ones. For me it was on the dot every day the first time before even getting up from bed, the second after lunch and third after dinner and it was “go or else “ you know what I mean. Really recommend. But follow the instructions. And stay home or you might suffer an accident.

    I believe the product worked well with out cramps. I am a SAHM and have access to the bathroom. I would have to go several times in a day. Next time I may do the 3 day clense. I would be afraid of going out and needing a bathroom.
