Great Health
This is a great product, I've been taking this for about eight monthes. So far I've had a healthy fall and winter. My age is 80 I walk in the cold weather, clean my house and still have energy. I think the Nature's Bounty Zinc and other supplements are the answer for my good health.

Extremely sticky- basically impossible to swallow without choking. The moment you put it in your mouth, it becomes sticky- dissolving with a very bitter taste. To take this successfully, I drop a tablet into water and wait for a minute while it dissolves. Then I drink the bitter water- but at least I'm not choking.

    Awful!
    These are the most horrible pills I've ever had. Neither my husband or I could swallow them. They would get stuck in our throat as soon as we tried to swallow

    Boosts immune system
    I'm very interested in boosting my immune system and keeping it in top-notch condition these days and so far I've had no issues so I will continue to take it several times each week and always before going out into public areas. You can't be too careful.

    Seems To Work! Haven't had a cold-Been taking 3yrs
    Been taking one tablet, of this or another brand from WM, nightly with a ProBiotic for 1 years. I haven't had a cold since! I'm one who always got several colds a year. Whenever I feel like I'm coming down w/ something I take 2 zinc tabs w/ Vit C tablet or big glass of OJ - almost every time, feel great the next morning - not sick.

    Worst Zinc Pills
    Worst Zinc pills you can buy. No coating makes them impossible to swallow. They glue themselves inside your mouth or throat immediately. Even lots of water ready you still will choke.

    It wasnt coated time where you could swollow them well I have to break them in half because the get caught in my throat. Never had that problem before.

    Needs to be paired with copper.
    I would recommend this vitamin, it is extremely essential and hard to get through food, but one very important point is that taking a zinc supplement will likely cause a copper deficiency, which CAN be remedied by eating copper rich foods, BUT this zinc suppliment is a very high dose (455% of your daily value) so I would recommend pairing it with a copper suppliment anyway, which will only run you another $5, in order to avoid extreme fatigue .
