Vitamin C that does the job at a decent price. I don't have a point of reference to compare to other brands since I haven't really paid attention, lol.

    Vitamin c helps keep your immune system healthy which is why I take one daily. I also give my husband one to take daily as well. They are sour on tongue so swallow fast with some water! Lol
