    Works GREAT!
    It dissolved quickly and you can not only feel a boost in energy, but even in reaction time - if i drop something I catch it faster before it hits the floor AND helps with mood!

    Natures bounty has a vitamin for everything. When it comes to all my vitamin needs I will always choose natures bounty. Did I mention they are all very low in sugar?

    I take these as a part of my daily vitamin routine. B-12 is a great supplement but I have it 4 stars. They are small and easy to ingest, but I am not sure if you are supposed to take it like a pill, or let it dissolve in your mouth. Either way, price is just right.

    This product is a quality product than most available in the market. The pill is very small and easy to swallow. I feel instant energy with this pill (it's vitamin, doesn't matter whatever vitamin it is), so I usually take it in the morning. I've tried to take it before I sleep, but it always wakes me up with the boost of energy. I would suggest doing a b-12 blood test first. I usually take it twice a week. It's a water-soluble vitamin, so it gets excreted out of the body through urination.

    I like vitamin B 12 so a person can have energy if a person is always tired I would recommend them to try vitamin B 12 and after awhile you will feel better and not so tired

    These quick dissolving B-12
    These quick dissolving B-12 tablets have been a life saver for grad school. I love that I can take my vitamin B-12 first thing in the morning and it's super easy since it's a dissolvable tablet. These tablets provide me with a great boost of energy and keep me awake throughout the day. They're reasonably priced with is great. The only thing I would change would be the cherry flavor — it's very artificial and doesn't taste the best. Overall, I would recommend this product!
