    Easy to swallow because they are gelcaps. They are fairly large though. I probably would look for a smaller vitamin for my next purchase.

    I take Nature Bounty magnesium a couple of times a day to fight leg cramps and to keep my bowels regular. I take 1200 mg with a lot of water in the late afternoon, early evening and it works wonderfully for me. I like the get caps, instead of the tablets, it seems to work better.
