Will have to return this as the seal was broken when it arrived. I eventually bought from another supplier. It seems to work fairly well.

    Gentle on the stomach and no constipation
    I have only been on it about two weeks, but I have not found any problems yet. I take it with food so it's gentle on the stomach and so far it has not caused any constipation like iron usually does

    Better on digestion
    I have a LOT of digestive issues and tend to stay anemic. Can't handle regular iron supplements. This seems to help.

    I've always as far
    I've always as far as I can remember been low in iron so I e been taking these iron tablets for years. I was advised by my doctor to purchase an over the counter iron pill. I've tried several others and this has been the only one that's gentle on my stomach and doesn't constipate me. The tablet is small enough to easily take and I must say I haven't been low iron since taking this iron tablet.

    This was way better than I thought. I have been been taking prescribed OTC Iron for many years and never have I been able to get an immediate boost as I do from this product. I have been having lead in my legs and whole body aches so severe I just cant move. I have been taking this for a couple of days and each time I take it within 30 minutes I have some energy to move and get some living life.

    Essential if taking zinc
    Does not make me nauseous but I have a strong stomach. I take it with zinc because zinc will cause an iron deficiency which prevents you from processing dopamine which will then make you depressed. Also taking copper with zinc is very important for the same reason, except copper deficiency causes dramatic fatigue.
