    I think this is a good way for me to get in my Vitamin D.? I tend to spend a very limited time outside in order to get Vitamin D and I don't always get it through my food so I like to take this vitamin from Nature's Bounty! I doesn't have the horrible smell I've experienced with other Fish oil vitamins. I think this is a great way to get your daily dose of vitamin D. It's quick and easy to remember to take in the morning. I highly recommend these vitamins you're looking for specific dietary needs..!!

    GREAT BUT BIG PILLS
    I think fish oil supplements are really important the older you get. My only complaint with these (and reflected in my 3 star review) is that they are very large and difficult for some people to swallow.

    This is the only brand I get my fish oils from, they are larger capsules so they that in mind, I always feel like when I take them my hair is shinier and my skin is better but maybe that's just me! And it comes with a lot in the bottle
