Very pleased
I was starting to have hot flashes & a friend told me about this. I ordered it thinking it wouldn't do much of anything. After only a few days I was having fewer hot flashes. After a week, they were gone. This totally works. I've been using it for about 2 1/2 months now.

    Taste.
    I have been using the product over a year now. Controls the symptoms good. Which it came in a tablet at this strength and not capsule. Sometimes I can taste it in my mouth.

    I thought 540 mg was way too much, but I decided to try it anyway. The first night, I slept a lot better and have been ever since. I haven't noticed any difference in my hot flashes, but I will continue to take it for better sleep.

    Great price for relief is hot flashes
    This is an affordable remedy for hot flashes. The product works really well, I've been using it for over a year and I'm very pleased with it. This is the main ingredient in many menopause relief products but at much better price and you get a higher dose. I would recommend

    These are helping soooo much with the night sweats they are amaz8ng... takes a about 3 days to see a difference but yes you'll see a tremendous change and be happier an sleep more. Go ahead ladies I'm 45 an glad I take them now I laugh at menopause
